Handheld type, battery operated Portable H2S Detector for ppm level measurement of hydrogen sulphide gas in ambient air or confined space.
It is a colorless chalcogen hydride gas with the characteristic foul odor of rotten eggs. It is very poisonous, corrosive, and flammable. As per OSHA work safety guidelines, work force operating in H2S environment should be provided with personal air quality detector. TWA for 8 hours for Hydrogen sulphide is 10 ppm, while IDLH is 100ppm.
SG series portable H2S detector is light weight, battery operated handheld device. It is equipped with large LCD display for measurement readout. It also has alarm with sound and flashing light, vibration for alert.
