Fischer FB39 is rugged, chemical resistant, online flow transmitter / monitor for continuous flow volume and speed, of all aggressive liquids including electroplating media, waste water, chemicals, industrial effluent, water treatment etc.

It can be integrated with PLC / SCADA system via its industry standard, linear analog output.

Flow transmitter FB39 is based on the differential pressure principle with integrated orifice and ceramic pressure sensors, housing and process connection made from high quality plastic.

The flow transmitters in this series are suitable for diverse measuring tasks in electroplating and in treatment plant for drinking, potable, process and waste water.

The instrument can be used for volume flow, flow velocity monitoring of all aggressive liquids and media.

 Working Principle:

Flow transmitter FB39 measuring section consists of an orifice with differential pressure tapping assembled with two pressure sensors and electronic module.

The flow dependent differential pressure arising at the orifice is measured by two pressure sensors and converted into a standard electronic signal.

Chemical resistant plastics for the components in contact with the measured medium and the pressure sensors made from highly ceramic enable use in plants with aggressive media.
