Fischer DE61 is micro-processor based smart differential pressure transmitter for overpressure, negative pressure and differential pressure monitoring of neutral liquid and gases. With its inbuilt electronic module, many characteristic output eg. square root output can be obtained, and thus instrument can be used for flow rate, flow volume monitoring of media.

The instrument is designed for monitoring very low pressure range, ie. in range of Pa, thus precisely monitoring any minute pressure change. DE61 comes with large onboard LCD display, limit switch / contacts and analog voltage or current transmission output with characteristic curve implementation.

Working Principle:

DE61 is based on pressure sensitive capacitive element. Due to modern micro-mechanical manufacturing process, DE61 is highly overpressure safe, shock and vibration resistant and long term stable

The differential pressure acts on sensor element and produce measuring signal. The electronic amplifier, then generates an electrical analog current output signal. This output signal is used for external data processing and also shown on LCD display.

LCD display can also be used for indication and precise adjustment of differential pressure dependent switching functions. Both changeover contacts can be adjusted to any value within measuring range.
