Fischer DE22 is high accuracy, low and very low pressure measuring differential pressure transmitter for air and clean gases. It can be used for overpressure, absolute pressure, partial vacuum and differential pressure monitoring.

It is suitable for application in building, HVAC, pharma, biotechnology, clean room, medical, datacentre etc.

Working Principle:

DE22 is based on capacitance sensor element and can measure positive gauge, negative gauge or differential pressure.

The pressure is measured directly by a micro-machined silicon-on-glass differential capacitance sensor element.

Pressure changes cause capacitance changes interpreted by the integrated electronics.
