Cement production is one of the world’s most energy intensive industries. Current cement making processes impose a wide range of demands on process fans, including high abrasion, excessive dust build-up, high temperatures, water pollution, gases production etc.

Air Ventilation and Fans
Greenheck supplies varied fan types required by the cement industry, ranging from large custom built fans for process critical applications to pre-engineered units for the lower specification and more general applications, including process critical fans, mainly centrifugal, for the pre-heater exhaust, kiln induced draught, raw mill exhaust, final exhaust, cooler forced draught and cement mill exhaust applications.

We also supply all other associated centrifugal and axial fans. We offer impeller designs that minimise the build up of dust and so reduce maintenance while at the same time boosting performance, with better operating efficiency.

Process Instrumentation
We also offer various instrumentation for pressure, level, air temperature, water temperature, boiler pressure, gas flow, bag filter monitoring for air, gases, water, sewage, liquids. These includes differential pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, air flow monitor, furnace temperature monitor, DP switch for bag filters etc. These instruments are easily integrable with SCADA / DDC systems of Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley etc.

Fire & Smoke Monitor
Cement industry is one of the most dirtiest industry with respect to dust, air pollution and suspended particles. Because of presence of very high amount of suspended particles, micro dust particles, conventional optical based smoke and fire detector cannot work in cement industry. “Smoke Snifer” early smoke and fire monitoring system is ideal and perfect solution for such dusty and high demanding industry. Due to its unique detection technology, it works without any false alarm generation in any vibrating area (including coal conveyor belts), furnace, kiln, stockyard, sheds etc. Since these detectors are addressable, you can pin-point location of smoke generation.
